As a result, they report significantly better outcomes, achieving improvements in brand differentiation, cost efficiency, top-line growth, and customer experience at rates four times higher than slower adopters.

Custom AI solutions enable businesses to embed proprietary knowledge and compliance into their operations, allowing for higher accuracy in predictions and content generation. Currently, 58% of Frontier Firms are using these solutions, and within the next two years, 77% plan to adopt them. This trend reflects a deeper integration of AI into business strategies, enhancing their competitive advantage.

A significant 71% of organizations surveyed plan to increase their AI budgets, with funding coming from both IT and non-IT sources. This shift indicates that AI is becoming a core component of enterprise transformation rather than a niche technology. Companies are diversifying their funding strategies, with 34% adding new investments and 24% repurposing existing IT budgets to support AI initiatives.
